What you will do

• Generate and refine creative concepts for branded content and experiences based on market insights and customer problems.
• Deliver high-quality graphics and assets for online channels (web, social) and real-world events.
• Support marketing, sales, and operations by creating compelling documents, presentations, tools, and templates.
• Maintain and evolve the company brand book and brand toolkit.
• Measure the success of branded content and iterate on future concepts based on performance data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant design experience working in-house at a technology/digital product company or agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating fundamental skills in brand, graphic, and communications design.
• Based in Ireland or the United Kingdom with valid work authorization.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment with strong written communication skills.
• Commercial mindset with an interest in audience reach and success metrics.
