Salary: £35,000 – £43,000

What you will do

• Translate marketing briefs into bold creative concepts, owning the process from ideation through to execution.
• Deliver high volumes of digital content across paid, owned, and earned channels, including video, motion, and static design.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to evolve and refine brand identity while maintaining commercial impact.
• Design integrated campaigns for social, digital, print, and physical environments with a mobile-first approach.
• Develop and maintain scalable brand systems, guidelines, and templates to ensure consistency.
• Champion the adoption of AI-powered creative tools to improve efficiency and output.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio in digital-first creative, specializing in video, motion, and static design.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere Pro and After Effects) and Figma.
• Experience developing brand systems and producing high-quality, print-ready artwork.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the UK and able to commute to the regional office on an ad-hoc basis.
