What you will do

• Lead the creative direction for the Graphic Design team, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications stakeholders to translate business goals into high-impact visual designs.
• Implement AI tools and automation workflows to optimize design processes and increase business agility.
• Scale and champion motion design capabilities to shift visual communications from static to dynamic.
• Partner with Data Visualisation and Product Design teams to align storytelling across products and insights.
• Mentor and grow designers, fostering a collaborative and development-focused environment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in graphic design.
• 3+ years in a leading or management role with a track record of elevating team performance.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity and impact across campaigns, reports, and digital channels.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom (Hybrid).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
