What you will do

  • Implement regional sales strategies to identify opportunities and drive customer acquisition.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing and follow-up.
  • Generate leads and identify potential customers to expand the regional portfolio.
  • Coordinate end-to-end customer projects, ensuring solutions align with client briefs.
  • Participate in industry events and monitor market trends and regulatory developments.
  • Collaborate with technical and sensory specialists to support client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or a client-facing commercial role.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Willingness to travel extensively.
  • Strong commercial mindset and digital proficiency.

Nice to have

  • Background in Chemistry or Food Science.
  • Exposure to the food & beverage or flavour industry.
  • Experience in consultative or solution-based selling.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting market data.
