Total Rewards Leader (Compensation & Benefits)

Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States; office-based 4 days per week with flexibility to work remotely 1 day per week

Base salary: USD 120,000–225,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus or incentives and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the development and execution of the firm’s global total rewards strategy across compensation, incentives, and benefits.
• Design and govern compensation structures and incentive programs in partnership with Finance leadership.
• Oversee global healthcare, retirement, wellness, vendor management, and benefits governance.
• Develop analytics and reporting on compensation trends, workforce costs, and reward program effectiveness.
• Advise the CFO, Head of HR, compensation committees, senior leaders, and Managing Partners on compensation and benefits matters.
• Lead and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team and guide responsible adoption of new technologies.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or related leadership roles within complex global organizations.
• Deep expertise in compensation design, incentive programs, and executive pay.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing cross-functional decisions.
• Strategic thinking, sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to balance long-term vision with operational execution.
