What you will do

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and emails for Field Representatives and Agency Staff.
• Resolve inquiries related to compensation, credentialing, benefits, and payroll.
• Apply established workflows and subject-matter knowledge to ensure first-inquiry resolution.
• Collaborate with peers to refine service standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to small-scale projects and identify process efficiency opportunities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience.
• 1+ years of experience managing high-volume inbound communications meeting productivity metrics.
• Ability to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check for FINRA qualification.
• Must be based in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Experience supporting field partners, advisors, or agents in Agency or Firm Operations.
