What you will do
- Conduct 100–120 outbound calls per day, focusing on high-quality conversations
- Book 10–15 qualified sales appointments per week for Senior Sales Executives
- Identify and engage decision-makers within HR, staffing, and recruitment firms
- Maintain accurate records in Pipedrive CRM
- Leverage ZoomInfo and Microsoft 365 for prospecting and outreach
- Collaborate with sales team to refine strategies and support pipeline-building
Requirements
- Proven experience selling staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions
- Demonstrated success in appointment setting leading to closed revenue
- Strong outbound sales skills, particularly cold calling and lead generation
- Ability to work independently with high motivation and discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and CRM management experience
- Comfortable in high-volume, KPI-driven environment
- Prior B2B telemarketing or outbound prospecting experience
- Experience engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders
- Familiarity with Pipedrive and ZoomInfo
