What you will do

  • Conduct 100–120 outbound calls per day, focusing on high-quality conversations
  • Book 10–15 qualified sales appointments per week for Senior Sales Executives
  • Identify and engage decision-makers within HR, staffing, and recruitment firms
  • Maintain accurate records in Pipedrive CRM
  • Leverage ZoomInfo and Microsoft 365 for prospecting and outreach
  • Collaborate with sales team to refine strategies and support pipeline-building

Requirements

  • Proven experience selling staffing, recruitment, or HR solutions
  • Demonstrated success in appointment setting leading to closed revenue
  • Strong outbound sales skills, particularly cold calling and lead generation
  • Ability to work independently with high motivation and discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and CRM management experience
  • Comfortable in high-volume, KPI-driven environment
  • Prior B2B telemarketing or outbound prospecting experience
  • Experience engaging C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Familiarity with Pipedrive and ZoomInfo
