What you will do

• Manage outbound lead flow and generate new sales opportunities by scheduling appointments through outbound calling.
• Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads with detailed information for effective follow-up.
• Document and update customer records in Salesforce to maintain accurate interaction history.
• Meet and exceed daily outbound call quotas while tracking and managing prospects.
• Stay current with industry trends in behavioral health.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
