What you will do
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets by driving new opportunities and selling solutions into new accounts.
- Manage the full sales process from lead generation to close, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics.
- Develop pipeline through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and market sector knowledge.
- Generate short-term results while maintaining long-term revenue growth perspective.
- Update CRM daily with accurate customer and pipeline data and provide monthly forecasting.
Requirements
- Sales experience focused on new business, ideally with small to medium-sized companies.
- Ability to manage a territory, prioritize target accounts, and allocate resources.
- Proficiency in full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, demos, negotiating, and closing.
- Track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive, results-driven mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and sales tools.
- Understanding of kitchen and bathroom industries, trends, and competitors.
