What you will do
- Provide day-to-day desktop and application support for internal Austin-based and remote users.
- Support and maintain end-user devices including laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment.
- Triage and resolve incidents via the IT ticketing system, ensuring accurate real-time documentation.
- Install, configure, and image company PCs and mobile devices according to IT standards and security baselines.
- Perform user account administration in Active Directory and Azure AD, including access requests and license management.
- Maintain the IT knowledge base and collaborate with network, systems, and security teams.
Requirements
- Solid experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.
- Strong Microsoft 365 / Office skills for both end-user and basic admin support.
- Basic understanding of network fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Experience with enterprise ITSM/ticketing platforms.
- Experience with user provisioning in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Must be based in Austin, Texas for on-site support activities
Nice to have
- Experience in a global, multi-site IT environment.
- Exposure to Zoom, Intune, JAMF, or other MDM solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts (incident, request, and change management).
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft.
