TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day desktop and application support for internal Austin-based and remote users.
  • Support and maintain end-user devices including laptops, peripherals, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment.
  • Triage and resolve incidents via the IT ticketing system, ensuring accurate real-time documentation.
  • Install, configure, and image company PCs and mobile devices according to IT standards and security baselines.
  • Perform user account administration in Active Directory and Azure AD, including access requests and license management.
  • Maintain the IT knowledge base and collaborate with network, systems, and security teams.

Requirements

  • Solid experience supporting Windows and macOS endpoints.
  • Strong Microsoft 365 / Office skills for both end-user and basic admin support.
  • Basic understanding of network fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Experience with enterprise ITSM/ticketing platforms.
  • Experience with user provisioning in Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Must be based in Austin, Texas for on-site support activities

Nice to have

  • Experience in a global, multi-site IT environment.
  • Exposure to Zoom, Intune, JAMF, or other MDM solutions.
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts (incident, request, and change management).
  • Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft.
