What you will do

  • Own recruiting templates, documentation, and knowledge management to streamline processes for recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain recruiter enablement materials, including guides, playbooks, and training decks.
  • Lead system administration for recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, GoodTime, BrightHire, Gem, and CodeSignal.
  • Manage process improvement projects for workflows including intake, interview loops, referral programs, and internal mobility.
  • Design and deliver recurring trainings, refreshers, and office hours for the recruiting team and HRBPs.
  • Develop recurring reports and ad hoc data pulls to help leadership make informed operational decisions.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects such as tool rollouts or workflow redesigns.
  • Hands-on expertise with Greenhouse and at least one scheduling or interviewing platform.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills to translate complex processes into usable guides.
  • Data fluency and systems thinking to interpret recruiting metrics and propose scalable solutions.
  • Must be based in the United States.
