What you will do
- Own recruiting templates, documentation, and knowledge management to streamline processes for recruiters and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain recruiter enablement materials, including guides, playbooks, and training decks.
- Lead system administration for recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, GoodTime, BrightHire, Gem, and CodeSignal.
- Manage process improvement projects for workflows including intake, interview loops, referral programs, and internal mobility.
- Design and deliver recurring trainings, refreshers, and office hours for the recruiting team and HRBPs.
- Develop recurring reports and ad hoc data pulls to help leadership make informed operational decisions.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Recruiting Operations, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects such as tool rollouts or workflow redesigns.
- Hands-on expertise with Greenhouse and at least one scheduling or interviewing platform.
- Strong documentation and communication skills to translate complex processes into usable guides.
- Data fluency and systems thinking to interpret recruiting metrics and propose scalable solutions.
- Must be based in the United States.
