What you will do

• Set the vision, roadmap, and operating model for an AI-first Marketing function and broader GTM Operations.
• Architect a next-generation MarTech stack incorporating AI agents, copilots, and predictive models to replace manual workflows.
• Own executive-level strategy and governance for Marketo, optimizing lead nurture, scoring, and routing.
• Lead quarterly and annual Marketing Ops planning cycles to align capacity and systems with GTM pipeline targets.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of AI-native operators and scale the function's capabilities.
• Collaborate with Sales Ops, RevOps, IT, and Legal to ensure AI roadmap interoperability and data privacy compliance.

Requirements

• 15+ years in Marketing/GTM Operations, with significant experience in senior leadership and architectural roles.
• Proven track record of modernizing Marketing or GTM Ops functions through AI and automation.
• Expert command of Marketo and the broader GTM tech stack, including SFDC, CDP, and attribution tools.
• Experience building and scaling high-performing Marketing Ops teams.
• Strong executive communication skills for translating technical AI strategy for CMO and Board-level audiences.
• Must be based in the United States.
