What you will do

  • Own and optimize marketing automation platforms to build scalable multi-channel campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
  • Lead advanced audience segmentation and ensure seamless lead flow across SLG and PLG funnels.
  • Design and implement scalable marketing processes, including campaign execution and data governance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Lifecycle Growth, Product Marketing, BI, and MIS teams to align GTM strategies and KPIs.
  • Analyze campaign and funnel performance to deliver actionable insights and measurement frameworks.
  • Drive AI innovation by redesigning workflows and implementing AI-driven marketing solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Lifecycle, or Growth Ops within B2B SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms like HubSpot or Pardot.
  • Strong expertise in lifecycle marketing, segmentation, and end-to-end process design.
  • Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in SQL and BI tools for MQL optimization.
  • Experience leveraging AI and managing martech stacks, budgets, and vendors.
