TL;DR

Founding Account Executive (AI): Leading the initial sales motion for an AI voice agent observability platform with an accent on technical discovery and GTM engine construction. Focus on converting inbound leads, architecting automated outbound workflows, and scaling the sales playbook from founder-led to repeatable growth.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco (5 days in-office)

Compensation: $100K – $225K OTE

What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Convert high-intent product signups and inbound leads using multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
  • Build and document a repeatable and scalable Sales Playbook.
  • Architect automated outbound workflows using Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools.
  • Conduct deep technical discovery calls with CTOs and Heads of Engineering regarding APIs and voice infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize product positioning.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of closing experience selling developer tools, AI infrastructure, or conversational AI to technical buyers.
  • Proven experience in early-stage startups contributing to the creation of a GTM motion.
  • Hands-on experience with modern outbound tooling like Clay, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Technical proficiency to lead conversations with engineering leaders on APIs and AI infrastructure.
  • Based in San Francisco or excited to relocate.
