What you will do

• Assemble and integrate electrical and mechanical systems, including cooling, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Build and route wire harnesses and fiber optic cable assemblies.
• Install and terminate electrical components using CAN, Ethernet, and Modbus interfaces.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in 1000V DC and 480V AC systems.
• Support prototype builds, sea trials, and customer-facing technical operations.
• Create work instruction documentation from inception to execution.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience with high-voltage systems (EV, industrial, or marine).
• Proficiency in electrical communication systems (CAN, Modbus, Ethernet).
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with standard electrical diagnostic tools such as multimeters.
• Must be a U.S. Person (ITAR compliant).
• Willingness to travel up to 75% and work in on-water environments.
