Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

What you will do

• Fabricate and certify wire harnesses and cable assemblies according to IPC-620 standards.
• Assemble electrical Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) such as control panels and power distribution modules.
• Perform functional checkouts, continuity testing, and insulation resistance verification.
• Interpret wiring schematics and BOMs to execute cable builds independently.
• Support failure analysis, rework activities, and maintain as-built documentation.
• Outfit USV hulls with power, navigation, and payload systems.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in marine technology, electronics, or a related field.
• IPC/WHMA-A-620 Certification (current or obtainable upon hire).
• 2+ years of experience with vessel assembly, marine electronics, or unmanned systems.
• Proficiency with soldering, torque tools, and electrical diagnostic equipment.
• US citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. national security clearance.
• Physical capability to work in shipyards and confined spaces.

Nice to have

• J-STD-001 certification.
• Experience with USV/UUV/UAV systems.
