What you will do

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and maintain equipment to ensure optimal operational status.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex industrial mechanical and electrical systems using schematics.
• Install and repair electrical apparatus, including transformers, wiring, and electronic components.
• Overhaul machinery and replace defective parts or machine components.
• Program and monitor Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs).
• Maintain access control, security, and fire alarm systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in or be able to relocate to Salt Lake City, UT.
• HS Diploma/GED required; 2-year vocational/technical school training desired.
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician or 7+ years of experience in a maintenance role within a complex manufacturing environment.
• Experience with PLCs and maintaining security/fire alarm systems.
• Ability to use a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Must be eligible for access to U.S. export-controlled information.
