What you will do

• Install and repair equipment, instruct customers on operation, and provide technical assistance.
• Troubleshoot technical problems, determine solutions per product and customer specifications, and recommend actions.
• Conduct technical analysis of product implementations, modifications, and enhancements.
• Assess product needs, deliver technical training and briefings to customers, vendors, and company representatives.
• Act as local on-site technical advisor and representative to customer's organization.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required; eligible for Department of Defense Secret security clearance.
• Minimum 25 weeks military technical training + 13 years related experience, OR 2 years non-military technical trade school + 13 years, OR Bachelor’s in technical field + 9 years experience.
• Proficient in software tools such as HyperTerminal.
• Proficiency with test and diagnostic equipment like multimeters, oscilloscopes.
• Industry certifications highly preferred.
