What you will do

• Provide technical and operational support for AV systems, meetings, conferences, and events at assigned client sites.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot system/equipment issues using diagnostic tools.
• Set up and configure standard AV equipment including projectors, displays, microphones, and speakers.
• Collaborate with manufacturers for equipment servicing, RMA processing, and repair coordination.
• Document work requests, repairs, and events within internal ticketing systems.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and support agreement renewals.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the United States (I-9 verification).
• Ability to pass background and driving record checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure client situations.
• Physical ability to lift equipment up to 50 lbs and access equipment in confined or hard-to-reach spaces.

Nice to have

• 1-2 years of AV systems support experience.
• AVIXA CTS certification or similar industry credentials.
• Manufacturer certifications such as Biamp or Crestron.
• Experience troubleshooting video walls, DSP systems, and control systems.
• Knowledge of computer networking configuration and IT certifications.
