What you will do

• Define and drive the workplace strategy across the European office portfolio, aligning with growth and hybrid work priorities.
• Lead and develop a distributed team of Office Managers to ensure consistent standards and a shared culture across all sites.
• Manage vendor strategy, negotiate contracts, and optimize costs to ensure top-tier service delivery.
• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring professionalism and high employee experience.
• Partner with leadership on leases, expansions, and new site launches across Europe.
• Lead office fit-outs, refurbishments, and relocations, delivering projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Strong experience in workplace, office operations, or corporate real estate, including leadership across multiple European sites.
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams across different countries and cultures.
• Solid experience managing budgets and complex service portfolios with a commercial mindset.
• Hands-on involvement in office openings, relocations, or large-scale refurbishments.
• Fluent English; proficiency in another European language is a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly across company sites.
