Salary: $145,600 - $185,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Own the full operational stack of the Executive Briefing Center (EBC), managing the engagement lifecycle from intake to post-visit follow-through.
• Design and curate the end-to-end visitor journey, including hospitality touchpoints, atmosphere, and high-standard presentation.
• Manage the EBC vendor ecosystem, negotiating SOWs and maintaining a roster of high-quality partners for catering, AV, and security.
• Oversee the San Francisco amenity center, including fitness and wellness facilities, ensuring a premium daily experience for employees.
• Develop operational playbooks, SOPs, and KPIs to scale hospitality operations without losing the personalized feel.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and C-suite executives to align briefing objectives and manage high-stakes on-site execution.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of senior ownership experience in EBC operations, high-end hospitality, or executive events.
• Direct experience managing high-profile visitors such as C-suite executives, government officials, or press.
• Proven people management experience with the ability to coach a team on service craft and execution.
• Experience in budget ownership, including forecasting and tracking significant operating budgets.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York City (Hybrid).

• Experience scaling an EBC or executive experience program specifically within a technology company.
• Background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or high-end event management.
• Experience managing workplace facilities and amenity operations.
• Familiarity with Jira and Google Workspace.
