What you will do
- Develop and execute the workplace strategy, internal roadmaps, and operational programs.
- Lead and develop Office Experience and Office Facilities teams, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless operational efficiency.
- Design and lead major workplace projects, including new office construction and the company's future campus.
- Manage the workplace budget and maintain strategic vendor relationships.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee experience, well-being, and overall satisfaction.
Requirements
- 5+ years of senior office management experience leading teams of 30+ people in organizations of 800+.
- Strong expertise in change management and data-informed strategic decision-making.
- Proven financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Solid knowledge of workplace compliance, procurement, and Health & Safety (H&S) standards.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Fluent English required; Greek and Russian are strong pluses.

- Experience opening new offices.
- Background in employee experience or hospitality.
- Exposure to tech-driven workplace solutions such as IoT and smart building systems.
