What you will do

• Manage facility operations, asset management, and utilities engineering.
• Ensure maintenance management, reliability engineering, and technical troubleshooting.
• Lead cross-functional teams and service partners.
• Assess risks and prioritize effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in facility operations, asset management, or utilities engineering in hi‑tech, semiconductor, pharma, or mission‑critical environments.
• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems, utilities, FMCS, cleanroom infrastructure, and building services.
• Solid analytical and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Nice to have

• Emergency response leadership experience.
