What you will do

• Lead CMF technology projects to enable product diversity, inclusivity, and sustainability.
• Perform CMF engineering design including DFM, GD&T, SPC, and DOE for new products.
• Manage materials selection, qualification, and process trials for painting, printing, and plating.
• Partner with molding and CMF suppliers to ensure smooth ramp-up for new product introductions (NPI).
• Provide CMF consulting and training to the Hsinchu site teams.
• Conduct supplier audits for new technologies and cost-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a CMF or Mechanical Engineer.
• 5+ years of experience in electronics or sports goods industries.
• 3+ years of experience in high-volume production supplier management.
• University degree in Chemistry, Physics, Materials Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Fluent English proficiency (reading, speaking, and writing).
• Must be based in or able to work from Hsinchu, Taiwan.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Chinese.
• Experience with small batch manufacturing.
