TL;DR

Strategic Sales Director (AI/Semiconductors): Driving revenue growth by developing and managing customer relationships for AI SoC processor platforms with an accent on B2B/OEM sales in semiconductors and edge AI. Focus on closing complex technical deals, managing long sales cycles, and driving adoption among Tier-one customers.

Location: On-site in North America (Chicago area preferred)

What you will do

  • Drive revenue growth by developing and managing strategic customer relationships for AI SoC processor platforms.
  • Manage overall engagement with customers, collaborating with FAEs, Product Management, and R&D to drive design wins.
  • Sell complex semiconductor and AI solutions into sophisticated accounts.
  • Collaborate with world-class AI architects and engineers to scale product adoption.
  • Travel approximately one week per month to maintain customer relationships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of B2B/OEM sales experience in semiconductors, AI, or embedded systems.
  • Proven track record of closing complex technical deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Ability to engage confidently with senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI SoCs, AI Accelerators, GPUs, or NPUs.
  • Background in computer vision, edge AI, or embedded systems.
  • Familiarity with ODMs, ISVs and the hirify.global ecosystem.
  • Experience working with global customers and cross-regional teams.
