Location: Must be based in downtown San Francisco (Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance provided)

Salary: $300,000–$360,000 OTE + equity

What you will do

  • Own and optimize the entire sales cycle, from high-level prospecting to enterprise-level contracting.
  • Develop and implement advanced sales strategies to penetrate new markets and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead detailed product demonstrations and complex contract negotiations with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic market insights and customer feedback to influence product roadmaps.
  • Mentor junior members of the sales team to foster a culture of knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in AI, SaaS, or technology startups with a track record of exceeding quotas.
  • Proficiency in engaging and selling to C-suite or high-level decision-makers.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills for multi-stakeholder deals involving technical, legal, and financial components.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A growth mindset and passion for generative AI.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco.
