What you will do

• Own relationships with high-value strategic clients to ensure satisfaction and product adoption.
• Help business owners design and implement process changes to integrate hirify.global into their operations.
• Analyze performance and troubleshoot challenges to help clients meet performance goals.
• Manage the lifecycle of a customer portfolio, focusing on growth, retention, and expansion.
• Lead customer onsite meetings and collaborate with the Sales organization to deliver strong business reviews.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Enterprise Account Executive experience.
• Proven ability to identify and highlight customer ROI and business value.
• Experience achieving net retention goals and driving engagement metrics.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and ability to act as a thought leader.
• Ability to think at scale while maintaining a high-quality customer experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50% annually.
