Salary: $143,200 – $179,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and drive multi-year product strategy and roadmaps for core RIR platform components.
• Partner with engineering, bioinformatics, and clinical experts to translate operational needs into actionable requirements.
• Influence platform-level technical direction and architectural decisions to ensure long-term growth.
• Design and evolve end-to-end user workflows, including UI/UX requirements and backend functionality.
• Establish prioritization frameworks balancing regulatory risk, clinical impact, and business outcomes.
• Mentor other product managers and drive measurable improvements in clinical workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, engineering, computer science, statistics, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in software product management with ownership of platform-level initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in production software within healthcare, clinical genomics, or regulated life sciences.
• Proven track record of influencing engineering architecture and technical investment decisions.
• Ability to drive alignment across matrixed organizations and operate in ambiguous environments.
• Must be based in the USA.

Nice to have

• Experience with clinical genomics and variant processing/interpretation workflows.
• Experience owning user-facing applications or operational software.
• Familiarity with backend services, APIs, or data-driven systems.
• Knowledge of Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) concepts.
