What you will do

• Orchestrate lead flow and identify high-value opportunities for AI implementations.
• Conduct discovery calls to translate business problems into technical requirements.
• Evaluate AI feasibility and lead 2-week rapid validation sprints to prove viability.
• Draft detailed Statements of Work and define clear project success metrics.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing weekly updates and strategic roadmaps.
• Maintain pipeline accuracy and lead management within HubSpot.

Requirements

• Must be based in North Carolina, United States
• Proven experience in account management or technical sales within a software or AI environment.
• Proficiency in HubSpot for lead management and workflow automation.
• Experience using project management tools like Monday.com.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical AI requirements.
• Familiarity with Claude Code for workflow simplification.
