Focus on building a 2026 lifecycle roadmap, orchestrating multi-channel communication, and leveraging AI for personalization at scale.

Location: Remote from many countries or Hybrid (offices in the United States, Poland, Romania, or Ukraine)

What you will do

  • Own email-channel-driven attributed revenue and set the strategic direction for LTV, retention, and expansion across all products.
  • Define and implement the email lifecycle communication strategy across activation, retention, expansion, and win-back stages.
  • Lead churn-prevention and win-back programs using behavioral signals and predictive scoring.
  • Manage and develop a team of three email marketing specialists, setting priorities and coaching execution.
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to define KPI attribution, behavioral triggers, and technical requirements.
  • Utilize generative and agentic AI tools to drive large-scale personalization and automation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in lifecycle, retention, or email marketing, preferably with B2C or B2B SaaS subscription products.
  • Proven end-to-end ownership of lifecycle strategy, journey design, and KPI management.
  • Hands-on experience with major marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with DWH-sourced data and dashboards.
  • Solid understanding of email deliverability and list health for 100K+ subscribers.
  • Experience working in multi-product or multi-brand environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with behavioral data and predictive models for segmentation, such as churn scoring.
