What you will do
- Own email-channel-driven attributed revenue and set the strategic direction for LTV, retention, and expansion across all products.
- Define and implement the email lifecycle communication strategy across activation, retention, expansion, and win-back stages.
- Lead churn-prevention and win-back programs using behavioral signals and predictive scoring.
- Manage and develop a team of three email marketing specialists, setting priorities and coaching execution.
- Collaborate with data and product teams to define KPI attribution, behavioral triggers, and technical requirements.
- Utilize generative and agentic AI tools to drive large-scale personalization and automation.
Requirements
- 5+ years in lifecycle, retention, or email marketing, preferably with B2C or B2B SaaS subscription products.
- Proven end-to-end ownership of lifecycle strategy, journey design, and KPI management.
- Hands-on experience with major marketing automation platforms (e.g., Braze, Klaviyo, Iterable, Marketo, HubSpot).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with DWH-sourced data and dashboards.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability and list health for 100K+ subscribers.
- Experience working in multi-product or multi-brand environments.

- Experience with behavioral data and predictive models for segmentation, such as churn scoring.
