Account Manager (United States): Responsible for client upgrades and annual renewals to capture and retain revenue at critical customer journey phases with an accent on maximizing growth from current book of business. Focus on prospecting upsell opportunities, performing live demos, communicating product value, and providing support to overcome objections.
Location: United States - Remote, requires full US working rights
Compensation: $80,000 base + $50,000 OTE + benefits + equity

What you will do
- Prospect your book of business to identify upsell and upgrade opportunities.
- Develop deep understanding of customers and communicate product features, positioning, and value propositions.
- Perform live demos of new features and create shareable recordings.
- Share product updates, enhancements, and industry insights with clients.
- Provide support to address objections for renewals and upgrades.
- Introduce customers to referral program and build advocates.
- Assist with inbound support channels.
Requirements
- 4+ years of renewal experience with 100% or higher net retention track record
- Experience in account management or customer success roles, working to targets
- Experience nurturing upgrade pipelines without damaging relationships
- Salesforce experience
