What you will do

• Drive architectural decisions and design scalable, robust distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with regulatory bodies to ensure system compliance and translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
• Manage delivery commitments, drive incident readiness, and ensure operational excellence across products.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with external stakeholders, regulators, and partners.
• Collaborate with Product, Business, and Compliance teams to solve complex problems and shape product strategy.
• Mentor and coach engineers to scale teams and foster a strong engineering culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software product engineering experience; 3+ years leading engineering teams.
• Hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, AWS, Kafka, and MySQL.
• Experience in regulated industries (Fintech, SaaS, or eCommerce) and familiarity with compliance frameworks.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean is required to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Proven track record of designing scalable systems and managing cloud infrastructure costs.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
