What you will do

• Own and execute the SRE roadmap end-to-end, setting priorities independently and ensuring visibility across the organization.
• Act as the primary infrastructure advocate for your business unit, translating high-level roadmaps into product-specific plans.
• Manage and develop a team of 4–6 generalist SREs through performance cycles and 1:1s.
• Lead the business unit's technical workstream during company-wide infrastructure migrations.
• Collaborate with product EMs to identify and resolve developer productivity bottlenecks.
• Contribute technical expertise to architectural discussions and ensure operational stability.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in SRE or infrastructure engineering.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, observability stacks, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven experience leading or managing small-to-mid-size engineering teams, including full performance cycles.
• Experience building and owning an infrastructure roadmap independently.
• Ability to represent technical requirements in leadership conversations at the director level.
• Must be based in one of the listed supported countries
