What you will do

• Lead and develop engineers and QA through structured people management, including 1-on-1s and performance evaluations.
• Define the technical roadmap and architecture to improve scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Own end-to-end execution from planning to release, focusing on predictability, quality, and time-to-market.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and other Engineering Leads to align priorities and make sustainable technical decisions.
• Optimize engineering workflows and manage platform reliability, including incident management.
• Contribute to the codebase and support complex technical decisions when necessary.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams.
• 7+ years of hands-on development experience with a strong mix of backend and frontend expertise.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring, Kubernetes, Kafka, Redis, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and relational databases (MySQL).
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

• Experience in the iGaming industry is highly desirable.
