Salary: $100,000 – $134,000 USD yearly

What you will do

• Provide independent aviation safety and compliance expertise for fixed-wing and rotary-wing operations.
• Conduct operational, technical, and compliance audits, specifically Flight Safety Foundation (FSF) BARS audits.
• Act as a direct liaison with client representatives to build trusted professional relationships while maintaining objectivity.
• Produce high-quality audit reports and support clients with corrective action planning and the closure of findings.
• Plan and execute audits in accordance with hirify.global standards and recognized international best practices.

Requirements

• 15+ years of hands-on aircraft technology and aviation experience.
• Commercial Pilot Certificate.
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance within the aviation industry.
• Experience in people management.
• Ability to travel 50-70% to customer sites.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Nice to have

• Management systems auditing experience at lead auditor level.
• Helicopter operational experience.
• Experience within the Oil, Gas, and Mining industry.
• Airline Transport Pilots License, Aircraft Mechanic, or Flight Engineer licenses.
