Location: San Antonio, TX, US (Remote with possible in-person occasions at Booz Allen or customer facility; Ability to obtain Secret clearance required)

Salary: $77,500 - $176,000 (annualized USD)

What you will do

• Support infrastructure planning, requirements development, and cost estimating for Air Force projects.
• Apply advanced analysis to Civil Engineering processes per DAFI policies and UFCs.
• Develop innovative solutions for complex problems in construction, sustainment, and modernization.
• Manage cost, schedule, risk, and resource optimization for projects.
• Mentor team members and work directly with customers on civil engineering enterprise principles.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with civil engineering project development or management, including planning, programming, strategic facilities planning, infrastructure sustainment, and construction.
• Experience with infrastructure planning and design based on mission requirements, budget constraints, and technical specifications.
• Experience with Civil Engineering budgetary processes, requirements identification, and programming.
• Knowledge of Civil Engineering datasets and data systems.
• Ability to leverage critical thinking for troubleshooting engineering challenges and process improvements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree; ability to obtain Secret clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience in Air Force Civil Engineering squadron, headquarters, or Army/Navy organizations.
• Experience with FSRM, MILCON, NEPA process, or DAFI 32-1084.
• Knowledge of Whole Building Design Guide and CATCODEs.
• Ability to model data, develop simulations, or model engineering systems.
• Secret clearance, Master’s in Civil Engineering, PMP, Six Sigma, or EIT certification.
