What you will do

• Manage operational quality and efficiency for Electronic Security Systems (ESS) Project Services.
• Conduct monthly QAQC reports and lead follow-up meetings to resolve outstanding deliverables.
• Provide technical training on installation standards, including termination and mechanical aspects.
• Serve as the first point of escalation for field issues and onsite integration challenges.
• Perform site surveys and verify commissioning readiness to ensure project success.
• Mentor team members and oversee subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety and ISO fulfillment.

Requirements

• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Southern Virginia.
• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction trades and settings.
• 3+ years of experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within the supported region.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, work on elevated platforms, and lift 30 lbs.
