What you will do

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability in logistics and manufacturing markets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using data hygiene in Salesforce and segmentation tools.
  • Partner with client services and commercial operations to target opportunities, monitor competitors, and deliver proposals.
  • Pursue cross-selling across hirify.global service lines and foster key relationships for synergies.
  • Champion industry trends, thought leadership, and a growth culture within the organization.
  • Provide leadership during change, mentor teams, and ensure seamless execution of strategic roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales or business development with proven track record.
  • MUST have experience selling facility services within manufacturing/logistics industry.
  • Facilities services, facilities management, or comparable B2B sales experience.
  • Proven success in growth strategy execution and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Excellent analytical skills, CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce), and data-driven decision-making.
  • Outstanding communication, multitasking, and influencing abilities.
