What you will do
- Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability in logistics and manufacturing markets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using data hygiene in Salesforce and segmentation tools.
- Partner with client services and commercial operations to target opportunities, monitor competitors, and deliver proposals.
- Pursue cross-selling across service lines and foster key relationships for synergies.
- Champion industry trends, thought leadership, and a growth culture within the organization.
- Provide leadership during change, mentor teams, and ensure seamless execution of strategic roadmaps.
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales or business development with proven track record.
- MUST have experience selling facility services within manufacturing/logistics industry.
- Facilities services, facilities management, or comparable B2B sales experience.
- Proven success in growth strategy execution and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent analytical skills, CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce), and data-driven decision-making.
- Outstanding communication, multitasking, and influencing abilities.
