What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to increase revenue, market share, and profitability in Life Sciences.
- Lead new client acquisitions, targeted expansions, and rebid opportunities while partnering with Client Services and Commercial Operations teams.
- Build and utilize an end-to-end revenue generation engine including targeting, digital marketing, prospecting, and competitive solutioning.
- Manage pipeline, budgets, and sales processes using data and digital tools to lower acquisition costs and boost win rates.
- Foster cross-sell activities across service lines and collaborate on integrated solutions for Life Sciences clients.
- Mentor teams, monitor competitors, and serve as a thought leader on industry trends.
Requirements
- 10+ years in sales or business development with proven track record in facilities services, facilities management, or B2B services
- Experience developing and executing growth strategies and guiding cross-functional teams
- Excellent analytical skills, data-driven decision-making, and CRM software experience
- Outstanding communication, influencing skills, and ability to manage multiple initiatives
