Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite, 2-3 days per week at client site)
Salary: $160,000 – $200,000

What you will do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with large complex manufacturing accounts as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Orchestrate the seamless integration of services within the client's environment to ensure high-quality outcomes and client success.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities for service expansion and revenue growth based on evolving client needs.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to maintain a unified, client-centric approach.
- Maintain delivery oversight, removing obstacles and managing dependencies to ensure productivity and contractual alignment.
- Develop account development plans and strategies, leading multi-layer communication between stakeholders and the delivery organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in Chicago, IL and able to be onsite at the client 2-3 days per week
- 8+ years of experience in client-facing IT roles with a focus on service delivery and stakeholder management.
- 2+ years of experience in program or portfolio management for large, complex accounts.
- 2+ years of experience in consultative sales or account management specifically with Enterprise Manufacturing clients.
- Bachelor’s Degree.

- Expertise in building and running effective pre-sale teams.
- Experience managing complex projects involving CoE resources and cross-company capabilities.
- Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
