TL;DR

Client Outcomes Director (Manufacturing): Leading strategic partnerships and orchestrating the integration of IT services for large manufacturing accounts with an accent on client relationship management and account growth. Focus on driving high-quality delivery outcomes, managing complex portfolios, and expanding service footprints within enterprise clients.

Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite, 2-3 days per week at client site)

Salary: $160,000 – $200,000

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with large complex manufacturing accounts as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
  • Orchestrate the seamless integration of services within the client's environment to ensure high-quality outcomes and client success.
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for service expansion and revenue growth based on evolving client needs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to maintain a unified, client-centric approach.
  • Maintain delivery oversight, removing obstacles and managing dependencies to ensure productivity and contractual alignment.
  • Develop account development plans and strategies, leading multi-layer communication between stakeholders and the delivery organization.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Chicago, IL and able to be onsite at the client 2-3 days per week
  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing IT roles with a focus on service delivery and stakeholder management.
  • 2+ years of experience in program or portfolio management for large, complex accounts.
  • 2+ years of experience in consultative sales or account management specifically with Enterprise Manufacturing clients.
  • Bachelor’s Degree.

Nice to have

  • Expertise in building and running effective pre-sale teams.
  • Experience managing complex projects involving CoE resources and cross-company capabilities.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
