Location: Remote role in USA; applicants within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX office expected on-site Tuesday-Thursday with remote Mon/Fri

Salary: $133,000-175,000 USD base (annual, US)

What you will do

  • Own and evolve onboarding strategy for Enterprise and Commercial segments to ensure rapid customer value realization.
  • Drive operational excellence via resource planning, capacity modeling, and service delivery optimization.
  • Accountable for CSAT, time-to-value, and service line profitability.
  • Partner with Product and Go-To-Market teams to shape roadmap with delivery insights.
  • Lead talent strategy including hiring, succession, and performance management for multi-layered team.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in professional services or related (6+ with advanced degree)
  • Deep expertise in program delivery, consulting, and process optimization.
  • Proven track record leading managers or senior ICs with P&L ownership.
  • Experience in high-growth environments building systems and rhythms.
  • Exceptional stakeholder influence and cross-functional alignment.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
