Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $125,000–$135,000

What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic contact for key client accounts, cultivating trusted, long-term relationships.
- Lead client onboarding processes and define clear success metrics for partners.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with paid media, digital strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure precise program execution.
- Develop performance reports and translate campaign data into actionable strategic recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to expand client engagements and develop proposals for new work.
- Support the development of scalable systems and tools for the client services function.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client services, account management, or partnership development.
- Experience within digital advocacy, nonprofit communications, or the clean energy sector.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience reviewing campaign performance data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency with digital tools such as GSuite, Slack, and CRM platforms.
Nice to have
- Experience working with climate, clean energy, or environmental justice organizations.
- Background in digital marketing or integrated communications campaigns.
- Proven track record of growing client accounts and contributing to revenue goals.
- Experience building or scaling a client services function within a growing organization.
