What you will do

• Lead client-facing work, including discovery interviews, compliance assessments, and font asset audits.
• Own the financial health of the account portfolio, managing margins, scope changes, and revenue forecast accuracy.
• Co-lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and coordinate executive engagement.
• Oversee delivery across multiple customers and concurrent workstreams to ensure SLA compliance.
• Partner with Sales during pre-sale discovery to develop realistic Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Cultivate client relationships to uncover expansion opportunities and support renewal strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in client delivery, ideally in a professional services environment.
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and leadership or mentoring experience.
• Demonstrated strength in client relationship management, including leading QBRs and navigating escalations.
• Experience coordinating multi-workstream delivery to ensure quality and on-time execution.
• Excellent presentation skills for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Must be based in the United States.
