Salary: $320,000–$360,000 (OTE)

What you will do

  • Build and drive a pipeline of new prospects within the Federal System Integrator (FSI) market.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plan for FSI targets.
  • Deliver on personal quarterly sales objectives and manage major opportunities to closure.
  • Establish long-term consultative relationships with FSI accounts and government executives.
  • Leverage OEM partners and existing business relationships to increase revenue and margin.
  • Lead the team in achieving quarterly and annual revenue and gross profit targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive sales and leadership experience selling technology solutions within the FSI/Federal marketplace.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Federal acquisition processes and solution selling strategies.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets directly with federal customers.
  • Experience working with major integrators such as Leidos, BAH, and CACI.
  • Must be located in or able to work in Washington DC.
  • Minimum TS/SCI Clearance is highly desired.
