TL;DR

Commercial Install Account Executive (SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of existing customers to drive retention and expansion revenue with an accent on consultative account management and strategic relationship building. Focus on identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities, leading commercial renewal conversations, and ensuring maximum product value realization.

Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)

Salary: $181,500 - $190,000 USD

What you will do

  • Manage a large portfolio of Commercial customers with accountability for retaining and growing recurring revenue.
  • Identify expansion (upsell and cross-sell) opportunities by aligning hirify.global's solutions to customer business objectives.
  • Act as the primary commercial point of contact and build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial conversations including renewals and pricing discussions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Support to remove blockers.
  • Monitor account health and usage signals to proactively prevent churn and mitigate contraction.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales or account management with ownership of renewals and expansion revenue.
  • Proven ability to identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Experience managing a book of business in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
  • Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

  • Experience with SaaS, APIs, or developer-focused products.
  • Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based business models.
  • Background working with eCommerce or digital experience platforms.
