Location: Remote (Must be based in the United States)
Salary: $181,500 - $190,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage a large portfolio of Commercial customers with accountability for retaining and growing recurring revenue.
- Identify expansion (upsell and cross-sell) opportunities by aligning 's solutions to customer business objectives.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact and build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.
- Lead commercial conversations including renewals and pricing discussions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Support to remove blockers.
- Monitor account health and usage signals to proactively prevent churn and mitigate contraction.
Requirements
- 4+ years in B2B SaaS sales or account management with ownership of renewals and expansion revenue.
- Proven ability to identify and close expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Experience managing a book of business in a high-growth, dynamic environment.
- Must be based in the United States.

- Experience with SaaS, APIs, or developer-focused products.
- Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based business models.
- Background working with eCommerce or digital experience platforms.
