What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles across various industries.
• Lead the discovery process to uncover customer pain points and align them with business objectives.
• Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations and demonstrations that highlight Slack's unique value proposition.
• Design Slack-based solutions and guide customers through the technical evaluation process.
• Address security, compliance, and architecture objections to ensure organizational comfort.
• Mentor and coach other SEs and partners while acting as a liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience in SaaS or tech-first organizations.
• Experience within Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy, and Utilities industries.
• Extensive expertise with Slack, including Workflows and Integrations.
• Business proficiency in English.
• Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem, AI models, and modern workplace environments.
• Proven track record of overcoming technical and security objections.
