TL;DR
Director of Field Enablement (SaaS): Leading the global field readiness strategy and execution for GTM teams with an accent on Command of the Message (CoM) adoption and proficiency. Location: Must be based in the US (New York, Boston, Washington D.C, Raleigh, Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, or Baltimore)
Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 a year

What you will do
- Lead the global Field Readiness strategy to align enablement programs with GTM priorities and business outcomes.
- Manage and develop a global team of Enablement Business Partners to foster a culture of high performance.
- Drive the adoption and proficiency of Command of the Message (CoM) across Sales, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success.
- Design and deliver diverse enablement programs, including instructor-led training, e-learning, playbooks, and AI-assisted workflows.
- Oversee the onboarding curriculum for new GTM hires, specifically for the Enterprise segment.
- Define and report success metrics to GTM leadership to continuously iterate program effectiveness.
Requirements
- 5+ years in sales enablement with a track record of executing global strategies.
- Deep hands-on experience with Command of the Message (CoM) or similar value-based selling methodologies.
- Proven experience leading and developing high-performing enablement teams.
- Fluency in RevOps and Salesforce reporting for pipeline data analysis.
- Proficiency with modern enablement tech (LMS like MindTickle, conversation intelligence, and AI productivity tools).
- Experience in high-growth SaaS companies, preferably in Martech or digital analytics.
Nice to have
- Background in Sales, Sales Management, or Product Marketing.
- 3+ years of direct people management experience.
- Experience with MEDDIC / MEDDPICC qualification methodologies.
- Familiarity with Clari and AI-assisted GTM tools like Dust or Copilot.
