Lead Solutions Engineer (SaaS/ITSM): Collaborating with enterprise customers to identify and solve critical business challenges through discovery calls and product demonstrations with an accent on AI-first ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, and ESM platforms. Location: Hybrid role with onsite expectations 3x/week (Tuesday-Thursday) from Boston office

Salary: $136,085 – $168,105 USD

Requirements

• 6-8 years of Solution Engineering experience
• Excellent soft skills, presentation abilities, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven cross-functional collaboration to solve business and technical challenges
• Strong time management in dynamic sales environment managing multiple deals
• Highly driven with focus on execution and urgency
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Nice to have

• Experience selling SaaS to SLED/Manufacturing customers or ITSM platforms
