What you will do

• Lead high-impact investigations into scaled abuse, identifying networks and behaviors bypassing moderation systems
• Document insights and feedback on policies, workflows, and detection systems for cross-functional improvements
• Create scalable operational playbooks for new moderation tools and workflows
• Analyze datasets for trends in scams, spam, and abuse, conducting root cause analyses
• Support onboarding and development of specialists, sharing expertise on complex cases
• Collaborate globally with Trust & Safety and Customer Experience teams
• Leverage AI tools for faster investigations while applying human judgment

Requirements

• 3–5 years in content moderation or Trust & Safety on consumer platforms, focusing on complex/scaled investigations
• Strong analytical skills using quantitative/qualitative data for trends and improvements
• Cross-functional collaboration with policy, product, and engineering teams
• Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems
• Experience building/iterating processes with operational excellence mindset
• Comfort evaluating technical solutions and providing feedback
• Experience with AI-powered tools, focusing on accuracy and responsible use

• Proficiency in Spanish, French, or another language
