• Build, execute, monitor, and implement scalable products and processes to address core business challenges.
• Identify efficiency and automation opportunities using operational expertise.

Requirements

• 3-5 years in consulting, operations, investment banking, or related; high-growth startup ops a plus
• Self-starter focused on clarity and execution.
• Highly data-driven with ability to perform complex analyses for actionable insights.
• Strong collaborator who partners across teams and holds accountable for results.
